Once again a big thank you to Autumn Belle @my nice garden for identifying these lovely flowers,She thinks it is the common arrowhead flower aka broad leaf arrowhead. The botanic name is Sagittaria latifolia.
They are not from my water garden,  I spotted them at the Sutera Harbour resort  in Kota Kinabalu.

P/S Thanks Autumn Belle for the name of the flower : Rangoon Creeper which is also known as Chinese honeysuckle, checkout on this site for more info, it is a herbal plant and has been used to treat various ailments.

Saw these lovely liliac flowers growing in a pond near a holiday resort, trying to take a close up photo of it and I was pleasantly surprised by the result in the second picture.. I quite like it, don't you?
